No5 Young People’s Performing Arts Concert – introducing TheatreTrain

We’re thrilled to introduce another of our acts for our performing arts concert on 3rd March – TheatreTrain Reading!

Inspired by the film The Greatest Showman, and Theatretrain’s Edinburgh Festival Tour of a new adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, their dance performance explores the idea of accepting who you are!

Tiffany King, Centre Director of TheatreTrain Reading says, “Theatretrain has been inspiring young people for over 25 years in our weekly classes, performance opportunities in West End Theatres, The Royal Albert Hall and Abroad and in our Holiday workshops and performance tours.

Our students work with trained professionals and West End performers each week and our work is supported by many well-known Patrons: Catherine Tate, Alfred Molina, Lucy Davis and Sir Derek Jacobi. We are like a family here and we welcome and support everyone aged 4-18+, we also offer bursaries and scholarships to allow everyone to train in the Performing Arts. We will be announcing the application process for our 2018 Full and Part Scholarships worth over £2000 via our Facebook Page and Website –http://www.theatretrain.co.uk

Theatretrain’s Easter workshop 3rd/4th April is inspired by The Greatest Showman and there are some places still available for all age groups aged 4-18 years. We bring in industry professionals to work with our students each day to challenge and inspire every young person! We would love to work with you!“.
