With this week being Mental Health Awareness Week, we thought we would take the opportunity to talk about what this week means to us.

Mental Health Awareness Week does a brilliant job of putting mental health in the spotlight. At No5, we’d like that light to burn brightly all year as young people’s mental health matters 365 days of the year, not just for these 5 days.

Last year, 843 young people received our support, and we delivered 3,604 free counselling sessions!
Life is tricky and it’s our privilege to be part of making it a more positive path for so many young people. We believe that every young person who needs our help should receive it.

This wouldn’t be possible, though, without our brilliant supporters who dedicate so much time and energy to support our work – thank you💜
