Young People’s Performing Arts Concert – introducing Starlet Dance School

 

We’re thrilled to introduce another fabulous act for our performing arts concert on 3rd March – Starlet Dance School! Starlet will be treating us to an amazing mix of dance and drama performances on the night;

Confident‘ is a dance mix of commercial style dancing by children aged  11-17, ‘It’s Possible‘ – a sung by children aged 8-11 years, and ‘Never Enough‘ –  a solo song by Natasha Byde. Check out their rehearsals in the video link above!

Starlet Dance School has been well established in Reading for 15 years. Providing classes for children aged 2.5-18 years in ballet, dance, tap, singing, drama & musical theatre and for adults in Tap, Dance & Ballet. Louise Woods, Principal at Starlet, says

“We inspire, build confidence, we rise by lifting others, we perform, we grow, we learn and we take flight. We have been nurturing & inspiring girls & boys at Starlet for 15 Years and still going strong.

We are a performance based dance school and we have been lucky enough to have our children perform & experience lots of amazing opportunities such as Annie UK Tour, dancers for Arlene Phillips Book Launch, Dancing at Reading FC, Professional Music Video & Blue Peter, West-End Godspell, Pride of Reading Awards, Silverstone Formula 1 Grand Prix, various Shows The Little Mermaid, The Wizard of Oz, Aladdin, Annie, Cinderella as well as Broad st Mall Christmas Light switch on & many other local events.
