Take on a challenge for young people’s mental health this year!

Do you like running or have you challenged yourself to be more active this year?

There are some fantastic local challenges coming up, and if you commit to raise some money for No5 and helping us support local young people’s mental health, we will pay for your space, support you with setting up a fundraising page on JustGiving and provide a running vest!

The Reading Half Marathon and 3K Green Park Family Challenge are taking place on 2nd April, and places are still available via https://www.readinghalfmarathon.com/

Tough Mudder is taking place in Henley on 6th and 7th May and there is a 5K, 10K or 15K challenge! They even have a 1 mile muddy adventure for kids! https://toughmudder.co.uk/events/london-west/

You could be taking part alongside No5’s Outreach and Wellbeing Support Counsellor, Nathanya, who is returning to the Tough Mudder course after taking it on in 2019!

If you book a place, and commit to raising £250 for the Half Marathon, £150 for the Family Challenge, and £200 for Tough Mudder, No5 will cover the cost of your place, provide a free running top, support you with fundraising via JustGiving, and celebrate your success when you finish like Carol, one of our counsellors, last year!

Taking on your own challenge?

If you are already planning to take on your own challenge this year, or are now feeling inspired, and want to fundraise for No5 to support local young people, please get in touch with the team and let us know!

We will support you with setting up a JustGiving page, sharing your challenge and progress across our social media and provide you with a running vest!
