No5 delivers Mental Health Workshops to young people in Reading, with the aim to educate, support and build self-awareness around issues they face today. Thanks to funding from the Postcode Society Trust, we can currently offer our workshop for free to local secondary schools and colleges. These usually cost £120 per session for community groups, other organisations and corporate partners.
In 2022, we delivered 11 workshops, supporting 212 young people across 4 local schools and 1 community group! In this report we share the impact these workshop have had on local young people and their mental health.
