On the 26th of June, our corporate partner Francis Construction held their annual charity Golf Day and raised funds for No5!

We were delighted to be invited to join them on the day, meet the teams taking part in the various challenges and share the impact their support will have on local young people’s lives.

Francis Construction and their guests raised an incredible £7,450 on the day through team entry, entry into competitions, raffle tickets and an auction!

This will fund the delivery of 152 counselling sessions, directly supporting 8 young people for 5 months.

The Francis team have also pledged £6,000 of the funds raised to support No5 in the upcoming Big Give ‘Christmas Challenge’ which sees pledges of funding matched by community donations this Christmas! This match funding will multiply the impact of the fantastic amount raised and could lead to at least £50,000 being raised in total!

We would like to say huge thank you to Francis Construction for everything it takes to organise an event like this, and everyone who took part in the Golf Day who by doing so, has supported local young people’s mental health!

A big thank you goes to JGJS Architecture for sponsoring the Longest Drive completion!

We would also like to say a big thank you to our supporters and corporate partners who donated an auction and raffle prize:

We are currently looking for more business partners to work alongside us and support local young people’s mental health, click here to find out more!
