Ask Our Young Ambassadors

Our Young Ambassadors have received counselling and support from No5 and in they want to help other young people so they have offered to share their experiences via video. These currently cover anxiety, self-harm and loneliness, which is a group video. We hope you find them helpful. You can find more on our YouTube channel.

No5 is Reading’s service for young people dedicated to providing free confidential counselling and emotional support to anyone between the ages of 11 and 25.


We are constantly developing new training and professional development programs to meet the needs of counsellors wishing to work with young people.
