Support No5

At No5 we currently receive some statutory funding to deliver part of our services, but we largely rely on fundraising and donations to enable us to continue supporting children and young people in Reading.
No5 does not currently receive any statutory core funding for the work it does. We rely on fundraising and donations to enable us to stay open and to continue supporting children, young people and those around them.

Reading Community Lottery

Reading_Community_LotteryBuy tickets and choose No5 as your local charity in the Reading Community Lottery. There is a draw every Saturday night. Tickets cost £1 per week.

The important bit! From every £1 ticket sold as your chosen cause, No5 will receive 50p of the 60p (the remaining 10p will be distributed to other local good causes). To put this in perspective when you play the National Lottery 25% goes to good causes – so this is more than double the ticket percentage to good causes.

Every ticket has a 1 in 50 chance of winning a prize. Each ticket has six numbers and each number is between 0 and 9. Every Saturday night draw a six-digit winning combination will be picked. Prizes will be given to players with tickets that match the first or last 2 to 6 numbers from the winning combination. Match all six and you win the jackpot of £25K!

Co-op Community Fund

Co-opBecome a member of the Co-op for £1 and choose No5 Young People as your cause to support.

When you buy selected Co-op products and services, 2p for every £1 you spend goes into your Co-op Membership account. And Co-op will give the same amount to support No5. So you can support young people while buying your groceries at your local Co-op store. Join Today!

You can spend the rewards you earn on most things you buy from us, not just Co-op products.

You can also choose to donate your rewards.

No5 is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered with the Charity Commission (No.1171313)

We would like to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to everybody that has supported No5 in the past and continues to support us in the future. Without your support, we would not be able to be here for the young people of Reading.

Over 25’s counselling

Although No5 is a service for young people, we understand that sometimes it is helpful for other people involved with them to get support too.

Young people

No5 is Reading’s service for young people dedicated to providing free confidential counselling and emotional support to anyone between the ages of 11 and 25.

Training

We are constantly developing new training and professional development programs to meet the needs of counsellors wishing to work with young people.
