No5 Education Outreach Programme

Our Education Outreach Programme aims to deliver vital mental health education, resources and signposting directly to young people within the schools they attend. We deliver workshops and assemblies, as well as a range of useful resources.

Workshops

Workshops

Our innovative series of Mental Health Workshops for schools in Reading have been created with the aim to educate, support and build self-awareness in young people around issues they face today.

No5 workshops are developed and delivered in collaboration with our Young Ambassadors, Lived Experienced Young Leaders and No5 Counsellors, on a range of topics that young people tell No5 are important to them.

Each workshop has capacity for up to thirty young people and is delivered by two of our experienced workshop leaders.

Our workshops can also be adapted to suit a staff audience.

“Well spoken, good delivery and would recommend the workshop to others” – student feedback after one of our workshops

Assemblies

We offer assemblies exploring young people’s mental health and the support services No5 offers to young people. We can also signpost to other national and local support organisations and charities.

We can deliver whole-school or smaller year group assemblies

Our Process for Delivering Outreach in Schools

Schools interested in this service should contact us at outreach@no5.org.uk

Our Projects Coordinator will meet with you to discuss your needs and what No5 can offer

No5 will arrange with you some times that work both for yourselves and our delivery team, as well as confirming group size, space needed and the number of sessions

No5 will come to deliver the Outreach session (e.g a mental health workshop) providing all materials needed

Following the delivery of the session, No5 will provide you with a collation of feedback from your students
